How PCMS delivers for our retail clients

One of the action items the research reinforced for us was the idea that retailers who can sell from anywhere are at an advantage. As a retailer, if you can provide a seamless, fast and personalized experience, then you are likely building major loyalty with your shoppers.
Research and development:
Our R&D teams here are constantly testing new ways to improve and enhance the shopping experience in-store, on mobile or online. Moreover, we’re always adding new features and capabilities to our software based on feedback from our clients.
One of our areas of focus is mobile because when stores invest in mobile devices, store associates are able to provide better customer service by meeting customers where they are shopping. With retailers who are using our mobile solutions, we are hearing reports of stronger customer satisfaction and increased spending. We just love seeing retailers leverage technology to create a better shopping journey for their shoppers.
